Some Backstory
We here at Official Sidekick Productions started when we put on Birds and Bats: A Musical Parody in the Summer 2019. The whole journey started when co-founder Maeve Kelley Baker decided to create a parody song for fun. That song inspired dialogue, and soon a story formed, Birds and Bats: A Parody Musical. Lee Simes and Brett Miller joined in and soon the three of them formed the troupe now known as "Official Sidekick Productions." Over the years Official Sidekick Productions has continued to grow and change - but always with accessibility at our core. We believe theater should and must be accessible, which is why we put all of our shows on our channel for free to be viewed by anyone at any place in the world. We love our supporters, we love our troupe, and we look forward to how we will continue to grow in the future. Thank you for continuing to follow our journey. Stay Bat-tastic!
